Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can request changes or a cancellation through our customer service.

How do the sizes run?
Our products are generally cut a bit wider. You can find a detailed size chart directly on the respective product page.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Turkey and finished in Bavaria.
What to do in case of production errors?
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Deliveries abroad may take a little longer.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link after shipment.
4. Returns & Exchanges
How does a return process work?
Please send a message to our support team. Your return will be processed within 2–3 days of receiving your email.
When will I get my money back?
After the return has been checked, the refund is usually processed within 5-7 working days.
